Providing a smooth and inclusive user experience

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2025
At Wonderland Bakehouse, we want everyone who visits our website to feel welcome and able to access the information they need. While we are a small independent business and not accessibility specialists, we aim to make our website as usable and inclusive as reasonably possible.

Our approach

This website is built on a modern platform that includes many built-in accessibility tools, such as keyboard navigation, scalable text, screen-reader-friendly structure and responsive design.

We always aim to:

Use clear headings and simple page layouts
Add descriptive text for images where possible
Keep contrast and readability in mind
Make sure all important information is available in a text format
Ensure forms are simple and easy to use

Areas we are still improving

As a small team, some elements may not yet meet formal accessibility guidelines (such as WCAG 2.2). We continue to improve the site over time and welcome feedback from anyone who experiences barriers.

If you need help

If you have trouble accessing any part of the website or need information in a different format (for example: large text, emailed content, or a description of images), please contact us:

Feedback
