BLACK FOREST

A sophisticated fusion of dark
chocolate chiffon sponge, airy
mascarpone cream, and a
luscious cherry purée.
Accented with a dark cherry
confit for a perfect balance of chocolate, cherry, and cream—
alcohol-free and full of flavour.

MANGO & PASSIONFRUIT

A vibrant tropical combination built on a soft spinach-infused chiffon sponge. Inside you’ll find a duo-layer of mango–passionfruit–pineapple confit and a silky mango butter sauce, creating a bright, juicy contrast in every bite. Finished with a light coconut cream cheese mousse for a smooth, exotic and beautifully balanced flavour profile.

OREO

A modern twist with chocolate
chiffon sponge, creamy cheese
frosting, and layers of Oreo
mousse. Infused with crushed
Oreo biscuits for that signature
crunchy texture and nostalgic
flavour.

RED VELVET

A classic indulgence with a
smooth, velvety sponge infused
with a hint of cocoa. Paired with
creamy, tangy cream cheese
frosting and your choice of
strawberry, raspberry, pistachios or dark

SNICKERS

Rich chocolate sponge meets

BANANA & STRAWBERRY

Vanilla chiffon sponge soaked in strawberry syrup, layered with fresh strawberry confit spheres and a slow-cooked caramelised banana cream.
